Data deletion
Submit a request
Email info@jokma.app with the subject “MATYA data deletion request”. Include the business name, associated email and whether you want one integration’s data or all business data deleted. Do not send passwords, keys, tokens or sensitive documents.
Process and scope
The operator verifies your authority, confirms scope and processes deletion of applicable business information, stored content and files, research, branding, drafts, history and integration credentials. This is an email request procedure, not automatic deletion or a Meta callback. The audited business-delete button cascades relational records in PostgreSQL but does not delete external files. Until the prepared fix is deployed, the operator must separately remove Supabase and R2 files before closing a request.
Revoke connections
Remove MATYA access in Google connected-app settings and Facebook business integration settings to stop future operations. Revocation does not by itself delete information already stored in MATYA. Request stored-data deletion separately. You may explicitly request deletion of connected Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, YouTube or Drive data, or Meta Facebook, Instagram and ad data.
External content and backups
Deleting MATYA data does not automatically remove posts, articles, videos or ads already sent externally. Manage those in the destination service. Backup timelines and any necessary legal or technical retention require operator confirmation; no guaranteed deletion deadline has been verified.
Confirmation and draft status
The operator responds about scope and request status. No general operational response or deletion deadline has been verified. YouTube policies require requested stored-data deletion as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days; revocation and cleanup procedures must be active before public operation.
